Addu Police College Conducts Training Course: 48 Women Graduates

A foundational training course aimed at enhancing the skills of police officers involved in civil service has commenced at the National College of Policing and Law Enforcement in Addu City. The 41st batch of the course was inaugurated by Deputy Head of the College, Assistant Commissioner of Police Mohamed Bashir. The course, running from the 15th of this month to the 17th week, will see 158 police officers participating. Among them are 48 women and 110 men. The training focuses on imparting essential knowledge and skills required for police duties, including physical training, operational safety and tactics, as well as laws and regulations relevant to police operations.
