Addu Resident Embraces Islam After Assisting in Duties

A resident working in Addu City's Feydhoo area has embraced Islam after taking part in local duties. The person, originally from Sri Lanka, publicly announced their conversion to Islam, facilitated by the Mishkath Foundation, an organization dedicated to spreading religious knowledge. Jasintha Achchige, a resident of Lanka Colony who was assisting in Feydhoo, underwent this transformation after formally accepting Islam. Following her conversion, she has now adopted the name 'Abdullah Aadam'. The Mishkath Foundation confirmed Abdullah Aadam's acceptance of Islam and assured her of full support in her new spiritual journey. This highlights the increasing number of expatriates working in the Maldives who are finding their way to Islam.
