Dhiraagu Launches EliteClub+ Loyalty Program for All Mobile Customers

Dhiraagu has announced the launch of EliteClub+, a new loyalty program available to all its mobile customers. The program was unveiled at a press conference held at Dhiraagu's headquarters. Under the EliteClub+ program, customers can earn points through recharges, bill payments, and add-on services. Members will be classified into four tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—with higher tiers offering increased discounts and benefits. Points can be redeemed for extra data, bill discounts, gift cards, and rewards from partner outlets, which include over 100 locations. Speaking at the launch, Dhiraagu Director of Brand and Marketing Communications Mohamed Mirshaan Hassan explained that the previous EliteClub service was invitation-only for select customers. He said the new EliteClub+ opens the door to all mobile customers, aiming to provide added value and happiness in collaboration with partners. Existing EliteClub members will be automatically converted to EliteClub+. New members can join via the EliteClub+ banner in the Dhiraagu app. As a welcome offer, all new members will receive 100 points. At the event, Dhiraagu also showcased doors placed in various locations across the country, including Malé and Hulhumalé, which symbolize the opportunities accessible through the program.
