Dhiraagu offers free router upgrades to Fibre Broadband customers in anniversary promotion

Dhiraagu has announced that a promotion offering free router upgrades to its Fibre Broadband customers, introduced in connection with the company’s 38th anniversary, will run until the end of this month. Under the promotion, Dhiraagu Fibre Broadband customers who use plans from 30 Mbps and above and are using an older router will be able to upgrade their router without an additional fee. Eligible customers have until the 31st of this month to receive the free router upgrade. Dhiraagu said the promotion was introduced to further strengthen the quality of service provided to customers and to enhance the customer experience. To receive the free router upgrade, customers can submit a request through the “Free Router Upgrade” banner on the Dhiraagu mobile application. The Dhiraagu team will also provide router installation and setup services to all Dhiraagu customers across the atolls. Customers who do not meet the conditions of the promotion can upgrade their Fibre package from 30 Mbps to a higher-speed plan and will receive the opportunity to replace their previous router free of charge.
