FAM Turf 1 Replacement Project Begins in Male'

The replacement of the turf at FAM Turf Ground 1 has commenced, according to the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment. The project has been contracted to the Road Development Corporation (RDC). The work is scheduled to be completed within 20 days, with the ministry providing the necessary turf and other materials. The condition of the turf at this ground, one of the most used football pitches in Male', has been a long-standing issue that has caused significant difficulties for users. The turf was last replaced 12 years ago, in 2014.
