Five Suspects Arrested in Malé Over Alleged Drug and Counterfeit Money Operation

In a coordinated operation in Malé, five individuals were arrested for their alleged involvement in drug trafficking and counterfeit money activities. Authorities seized counterfeit materials and equipment used in the operation. The arrests followed a joint operation by the Drug Enforcement Department and Counter Narcotics Intelligence. The suspects, all foreigners, were identified as Diu Kumar Mongba, Sumana Adhikari, Mozammel, Ramji Pariyar, and Bikram Nepal. They have been detained and are awaiting deportation.
