Gadhdhoo Hospital's New Ward Officially Opens, Enhances Healthcare Services

The official opening ceremony for the new ward of Gadhdhoo Hospital was held today on the island of Gadhdhoo. The event was attended by Minister of Health Honorable Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim, Gadhdhoo Council members, and representatives from MTCC, among other government officials. The new ward, equipped with modern facilities, aims to improve healthcare services for the residents of Gadhdhoo and surrounding areas. The construction project, managed by MTCC, involved building a 30-bed healthcare block, a separate service block, and an accommodation block, significantly enhancing the hospital's capacity. This development is expected to provide more accessible and efficient healthcare services to approximately 2,700 residents, marking a major step forward in the island's healthcare infrastructure.
