Government Launches Road Maintenance Initiative: Prepares 118,000 Cases

The government has launched a comprehensive road maintenance initiative as part of its annual road maintenance program. A total of 118,000 cases have been prepared to address road maintenance issues across the country. This initiative aims to improve road conditions and ensure safe travel for citizens. The cases are being processed efficiently, with significant progress already made in key areas. The government has also established mechanisms to address complaints and ensure timely resolution of road-related issues. This effort is part of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's vision to enhance infrastructure and public services in the Maldives. Last year, 111,231 cases were addressed, with 50,519 cases in Male and 60,712 cases in the atolls. The government remains committed to maintaining and improving the country's road network.
