Hajj Corporation Opens Umrah Calendar for Next Year, Prices Unchanged

Maldives Hajj Corporation has opened the Umrah travel calendar for next year for general registration. The planned Umrah trips include journeys during Ramadan, July, September, and December. The Corporation stated that the trips were planned by considering the academic year calendar, aligning with major school holidays and periods convenient for families. There has been no change in the prices of the Umrah trips compared to this year's prices. The Umrah package for July and September is priced at MVR 30,965, while the December package is priced at MVR 31,965. The Corporation said that each trip will have a fixed number of opportunities available and has requested people to register as soon as possible through the Corporation's online portal "Faheli" or website (hajj.mv) to secure space. The Corporation has made significant changes to Umrah trips, including operating direct flights to Jeddah from Addu City in addition to Malé for the last ten nights of Umrah next Ramadan. It also aims to operate trips directly from Gaa to Jeddah during upcoming major holidays. Additionally, arrangements have been made for individuals to receive vaccines free of any additional cost at health centers closest to their respective islands. Services provided by Hajj Corporation in Umrah trips include direct flights from Maldives to Jeddah, staying in quality hotels, and providing Umrah kits free of charge. Other services include spending 3 nights in Madinah, traveling from Makkah to Madinah via high-speed rail, and laundry and ironing services. Regarding health safety, clinic and pharmacy services staffed by Maldivian doctors and nurses will be provided, along with special location tracking devices and baggage services for the safety of Umrah pilgrims.
