HDC Seizes Reveli Restaurant Land Over Unpaid Rent

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has terminated the business agreement for the land operating Reveli Restaurant in Hulhumale due to non-payment of rent and taken the land back under its control, effective from today. In an announcement, HDC stated that the agreement with Solaris Hospitality Private Limited for Lot Number 10877 in Hulhumale has been terminated, and all business transactions and services on the land must cease immediately. HDC said the decision was made after rent had not been paid for a long period, and that all necessary notices and opportunities were provided as per the agreement. The corporation emphasized that it aims to facilitate convenient opportunities for businesses in Hulhumale, while also ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Reveli Restaurant, located in the Hulhumale Ring Road Phase 1 area, is a popular dining spot known for its sea views and is available for events such as romantic dinners and wedding ceremonies.
