Health Ministry receives APAHRH award for strengthening primary healthcare

The Ministry of Health has received the Asia Pacific Alliance on Human Resources for Health (APAHRH) award in recognition of its efforts to strengthen the Maldives' primary healthcare system. The award was presented at the 14th APAHRH conference held in Bali, Indonesia, and was accepted by Director General of Health Services Dr. Ahmed Ashraf. The ministry stated that the award was granted in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and described the achievement as a significant advancement in ensuring comprehensive health services for the people.
