Housing Ministry Announces Points for Thulusdhoo Housing Units on Hiyaa Portal

The Ministry of Housing has completed the verification process for applications submitted for 100 housing units being sold in Thulusdhoo, and has announced that applicants can now check their awarded points on the Hiyaa portal. In a statement, the ministry said that individuals who submitted forms can log in to the Hiyaa portal to view the points awarded to them. A 10-day period, starting from yesterday, has been granted for those wishing to lodge a complaint or additional complaint regarding the awarded points. Complaints must be submitted via the Hiyaa portal before 14:00 on November 16. The ministry stated that complaints submitted through other means or after the deadline will not be accepted. The 100 housing units in Thulusdhoo are being constructed under the government's "Housing for All" policy and were opened by the Ministry of Housing on January 11 of this year. The verification process was conducted in accordance with the procedure published in the Gazette of the Government of Maldives (number G-33/2025).
