Israel has reportedly violated the ceasefire in Gaza once again, resulting in the death of an 11-year-old Palestinian girl and injuries to two others, according to medical sources. The incident occurred in the al-Zarqa area of the al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, a region from which Israeli forces had previously withdrawn under the ceasefire agreement. Witnesses stated that Israeli military vehicles stationed east of the neighborhood opened heavy fire, killing the girl with a direct sniper shot. In a separate incident, a woman and child were injured by Israeli gunfire at the Halawa camp in Jabalia, northern Gaza. This marks another breach of the ceasefire that halted a two-year Israeli genocide in Gaza. The violence has claimed the lives of over 71,000 Palestinians since October 2023, with more than 171,000 injured, according to Palestinian health authorities. Since the ceasefire took effect, at least 414 Palestinians have been killed, and over 1,100 have been wounded by Israeli fire.
