Maldives Ambassador to Vietnam Presents Credentials in Hanoi

Maryam Midfaa Naeem, the new non-resident Ambassador appointed by Maldives to Vietnam, has presented her credentials to To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President. The credential presentation ceremony was held yesterday in Hanoi. At the credential presentation ceremony, Vietnamese President To Lam welcomed the presenting Ambassadors and assured them that they would receive full support from the Government of Vietnam in carrying out their duties. Ambassador Maryam Midfaa Naeem conveyed congratulations and best wishes from President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, the Government of Maldives, and the people of Maldives to the President and people of Vietnam. Political relations between Maldives and Vietnam were established on 18 June 1975.
