He made the remarks on social media after attending the opening of the Doha Forum 2025 in Qatar, where he is leading the Maldivian delegation. The 23rd edition of the forum, running from December 6-7, brings together heads of state, ministers, policymakers, and experts from over 150 countries. It serves as a leading global platform for discussions on diplomacy, governance, development, and security. This year’s theme, "Justice in Action: Beyond Promises to Progress," focuses on turning policy commitments into tangible results across various sectors. Minister Khaleel noted the meeting will address the world's most pressing challenges.
