Maunghudo Public Square Opens, Built by Community Initiative

A public square on the main road of Maunghudo has been officially opened, providing comfortable arrangements for the island's residents. Developed by the 'Community Group,' an initiative of the general public, the square was completed and officially handed over to the island council. Council President Mohamed Irfaam highlighted the project as an important task reflecting community unity, noting that the main road is a popular gathering area for residents, especially in the evenings. Irfaam expressed gratitude for the support from local residents, including those living abroad, and for refreshments provided by island institutions. He stated the council warmly welcomes such valuable efforts for the island's advancement.
