Medtech Diagnostics buys Hulhumalé land plot from HDC for MVR 14 million

Medtech Diagnostics has purchased a plot of land in Phase Two of Hulhumalé from the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) for 14 million rufiyaa. The Civil Court of Hulhumale Division ruled yesterday that ownership of the land has been transferred to the company. The court concluded that Medtech had paid and cleared the price of the land. Medtech is a business that sells medical supplies and consumables across a broad sector.
