MVM Party to Oppose Government Budget Bill in Parliament

The People's Majlis has been asked to consider a motion submitted by MVM to oppose the government bill called 'the Budget?'. In the same session, MVM also submitted a motion to consider a resolution to oppose a government bill. According to the People's Majlis, a total of five motions were submitted to consider the government bill called 'the Budget?'. The People's Majlis Speaker said MVM had requested, through a motion, that the People's Majlis oppose the government bill 'the Budget?'. On January 3, the MVM Leader submitted a resolution in the People's Majlis stating that the People's Majlis should oppose 'MVM Bill 2026'. According to the resolution, the People's Majlis should oppose the government bill 'the Budget?' and not consider it. The MVM Leader said that if the government bill called 'the Budget?' was considered, it would cause serious problems for the country and the people. The MVM Leader further said that the People's Majlis had been asked to oppose the government bill called 'the Budget?' in the session, and that MVM had submitted a motion to oppose 'the Budget?'. The MVM Leader said that if the government bill 'the Budget?' was passed by the People's Majlis, the government would be forced to borrow more money from the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank and the IMF. He added that these loans would increase the country's debt and burden future generations. The MVM Leader also said that the opposition had requested the People's Majlis Speaker to present the budget, called 'the Government Budget?', to the opposition, but the opposition had been denied the right to review it. He stated that the opposition had not been given an opportunity to discuss the budget before it was submitted to the People's Majlis. The MVM Leader said that MVM was not opposing the bill itself, but was opposing the government's attempt to pass the bill without discussion and without giving time to the opposition. He added that the People's Majlis Speaker had also failed to fulfil the rules of the Majlis. At the time the MVM Leader submitted the resolution, he also said that the People's Majlis had been asked to oppose the government bill called 'the Budget?' in the session, and that MVM had submitted a motion to oppose 'the Budget?'.
