National Awards Nominations Open March 25 Through Online Portal

Nominations for this year's National Awards will open on Wednesday, March 25, the National Awards Committee has announced. The application window will close at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30. For the first time, all applications must be submitted exclusively through the President’s Office online portal. The committee has advised applicants to ensure all required documents are uploaded with their forms. A total of 39 primary categories are open for nomination. Individuals, companies, associations, and other entities can submit nominations directly, either for themselves or on behalf of others. There is no requirement to channel submissions through a government agency. Government bodies and independent institutions are also eligible to nominate candidates. The awards will be presented during the official function held to mark National Day. Following the close of general nominations on April 30, the committee will begin accepting applications for the National Award for Public Service starting May 6.
