No Evidence Found in Fraud Allegations Against Former HDC Officials

The Prosecutor General's Office has announced that there is no evidence to support allegations of fraudulent activities involving former Housing Development Corporation (HDC) officials Ibrahim Fazul Rasheed and Abdulla Shuhoodh. The allegations suggested that the two had deleted or tampered with documents from HDC's server, but an audit found no such evidence. The investigation revealed that no documents from HDC's server were deleted or altered. The case, which was forwarded to the Prosecutor General's Office, has been closed due to lack of evidence. Fazul and Shuhoodh had been accused of being involved in corruption during their tenure at HDC, but the findings have cleared them of these allegations.
