Ooredoo Opens Giveaway Offering 10 Spots to Run in Doha Marathon 2027

Ooredoo has launched a special giveaway offering 10 opportunities to take part in next year's Doha Marathon. Organised by Ooredoo Group, the run is held in Doha, Qatar, and draws a large number of running enthusiasts. The company said it is one of the biggest international runs held in the region, staged under Ooredoo Group's efforts to encourage healthy living and to invigorate the spirit of sport. Ten lucky winners will be selected in the giveaway, with free registration to participate in the Ooredoo Doha Marathon 2027 for each winner. However, winners will have to arrange their own travel, accommodation and other expenses. Participants in the run can choose one of four categories, based on their fitness and running goals: - 5 kilometre run - 10 kilometre run - Half marathon - Full marathon It is a run open to runners of different levels. Ooredoo said the company works to encourage an active lifestyle, promote health and open up sporting opportunities. It said the Doha Marathon giveaway is held with that aim, to give Maldivian runners the chance to compete on an international stage.
