President Muizzu highlighted that the office aligns with democratic principles and provides the necessary resources for the party to function effectively. He emphasized that the establishment of such offices is crucial for modern political parties to thrive. The office, equipped with advanced technology, has already begun hosting political activities and will serve as a hub for disseminating party information to the public. The inauguration ceremony was attended by government officials, parliament members, and numerous citizens. The PNC, with over 74,000 registered members, is one of the largest political parties in the Maldives.
