President Muizzu and First Lady Explore Sri Lankan Heritage at Colombo National Museum

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed visited the Colombo National Museum as part of a series of cultural engagements during the President’s ongoing state visit to Sri Lanka.
Received by senior museum officials, the First Couple embarked on a guided tour of the museum's extensive galleries. The exhibits provide a comprehensive overview of Sri Lanka’s ancient history, cultural heritage, and the traditions that have defined the island nation over centuries.
During the visit, President Muizzu signed the museum's Visitors’ Book, where he expressed his appreciation for the ongoing efforts to preserve and showcase Sri Lanka’s rich heritage for future generations. The First Lady also signed the guest book, noting that the experience provided meaningful insight into the artistry and stories that have shaped the national identity of Sri Lanka.
