President Muizzu and First Lady Return from Unofficial Visit to Singapore

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed have returned to the Maldives following an unofficial visit to Singapore. According to a statement released by the President’s Office, the couple arrived back in the country last night. The visit began on the 26th of this month, marking a brief trip to the city-state. In accordance with state protocols regarding unofficial travel, all expenses associated with the trip were borne personally by the President. This includes all administrative costs and personal expenditures for the President and his family, ensuring that no public funds were utilized for the journey.
