President Muizzu: Maldives and Pakistan to Build 60 Years of Prosperity and Progress

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has stated that the next chapter in Maldives-Pakistan relations will be built on 60 years of prosperity and progress, as the two nations mark six decades of diplomatic friendship. Speaking at the Maldives Business Forum in Islamabad, President Muizzu said the cornerstone of the relationship is the trust between the two countries. He emphasized the need to build a mutually beneficial economic partnership through investment that creates opportunities for citizens. The President called on businessmen from both nations to play a key role in transforming shared values into growth. He noted that his government is strengthening the investment framework and providing all necessary support to investors. President Muizzu also identified opportunities for Maldivian entrepreneurs in Pakistan in the sectors of manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and services.
