PSM Partners With Five Channels for Nationwide SAFF Championship Broadcast

Public Service Media (PSM) has signed agreements with five private television channels to ensure widespread broadcast coverage of the upcoming SAFF Under-20 Championship across the Maldives, aiming to maximize public access to the matches.
The partnerships include SSTV, VTV, MMTV, Mendhuru TV, and Dhivehi Channel. The agreements were formalized by PSM's Deputy Managing Director Abdulla Yameen and Executive Director of News and Current Affairs Hussain Ameen Naseer, alongside representatives from each participating outlet.
PSM Sports will air all live tournament matches, along with pre-match shows ahead of games involving the Maldives national team, bringing regional football excitement to audiences nationwide.
Seven teams are competing: Maldives, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal. Teams have begun arriving in the Maldives for the championship, which commences on March 23.
Tickets for the matches are now on sale. The Maldives team's first match is scheduled for 20:30 hours on March 23, with subsequent games on the night of March 25 and the evening of March 27.
