Saudi Embassy Inaugurates Ramadan Iftar Initiative in Maldives

The Saudi Embassy in the Maldives has officially launched its annual Ramadan program under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia. The program, inaugurated by Ambassador Yahya bin Hassan Al-Qahtani, aims to distribute iftar meals and support religious activities across the Maldives. The initiative was launched at a ceremony attended by Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed and senior officials from both nations. The program is part of a global Ramadan assistance effort funded by the King of Saudi Arabia, focusing on supporting Muslim communities worldwide. This year’s initiative will continue distributing iftar meals across various regions of the Maldives, further strengthening the ties between Saudi Arabia and the Maldives.
