Teen Arrested in Male’ with 11 Drug Packets Hidden in Boxers

A 19-year-old man from R. Maduvvari was arrested in Male’ after police discovered 11 packets of drugs hidden inside his boxers. The suspect was apprehended on suspicion of drug possession and abuse. He was brought before the Criminal Court on Wednesday, where he was remanded in police custody for 15 days. According to court documents, the drugs were found on his person, including within his undergarments. The suspect claimed the drugs were for personal use. The court also noted that the young man tested positive for drugs and has prior offenses related to narcotics.
