Villa's First Resort in Raa Atoll Scheduled to Open in December

Villa Company is set to open its first resort in Raa Atoll, Manenfushi, this December. This marks the sixth resort developed by the company, which has been actively expanding its presence in the tourism sector. The resort will feature 42 villas, including 22 beach villas, 15 water villas, and additional facilities for tourists. The project is part of Villa's ongoing commitment to enhancing tourism infrastructure in the Maldives. The company previously developed resorts such as Villa Nautica, Villa Park, Villa Haven, Royal Island, and Fun Island, with Fun Island being the first to undergo renovation. Manenfushi, located in Raa Atoll, has been a focal point for Villa's development since 2015, following legal disputes over land acquisition. The company's chairman, Gasim Ibrahim, oversees operations across multiple sectors, including tourism, real estate, and shipping.
